Mark Yeager

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Yeager is currently Chief Executive Officer of Simplified Logistics and a Senior Adviser at CI Capital Partners, a leading New York based Private Equity firm with $1.9 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Simplified and CI, Mr. Yeager served in a variety of roles at Hub Group, Inc. He was Vice Chairman of the Board from November 2008 through August 2015, President from January 2005 through August 2015 and Chief Operating Officer from May 2004 through August 2015. During his 23 year career at Hub, he was also President-Field Operations, Division President and Secretary and General Counsel.

Samuel Avampato

President

A founding Simplified partner and Co-creator of the Simplified business model to scale fortune 100 logistics strategies and technology to the middle market. Sam has a diverse background in the production planning, inventory control and transportation. Graduate of Penn State University college school of Business majoring in logistics. Hands on leader that focuses on customer service, process improvement and delivering solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Joe Brady

Executive Vice President – Sales and Marketing

Joe is a twenty-five year sales and marketing veteran in the logistics and supply chain solutions marketplace and has overall responsibility for all business growth and execution strategies. Joe has served on a number of logistics and supply chain councils on behalf of his customers and is actively involved in a number of logistics and supply chain related organizations and trade associations. Joe is also a member of the board of directors for T-3 Performance and has served on a number of non-profit boards. Joe is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Case Western University Professional Fellows program.
